

Prior to undertaking a search our number one priority is to understand the competitive landscape in which the client operates including its organizational structure, business strategy, challenges and culture. After we’ve gained a true understanding about your company, we take a consultative approach. We leverage off that which is provided by you the client, we than formulate a search strategy tailored to fit your needs to identify the candidate that matches your criteria.
Presentation of Candidates:
Generally, we present a shortlist of candidates with a narrative profile on each candidate covering their educational & professional qualifications, experience and relevant achievements.

Candidate & Client Interviews:
We arrange meetings between the client and the candidate and coordinate at every step to facilitate the interaction including but not limited to scheduling, travel arrangements and candidate and client preps and debriefs.

Reference Checking:
Once the final candidate is selected and with the candidate's permission, we conduct reference checks. We make every effort to ensure discretion and confidentiality.

Extending the Offer:
When a final candidate is selected, we work closely with the client and candidate to position the offer with the candidate, and to negotiate a package that is agreeable to both parties.

Smooth Transition:
Upon acceptance of the offer we work closely with both parties from the candidate providing their current employer with their resignation through the first 90 days.
